Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.  
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

To initiate a return, please contact us at mdmv.official@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.  
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
