How To Use
Step 1
Install the mixing paddle onto the evaporator.
Step 2
Install the vessel and lock it into position.
Step 3
Install the drip tray.
Step 4
Pour your drink through the Easy-Fill opening.
Minimum 480 ml
Maximum 1900 ml
Step 5
Close the lid.
Step 6
Turn on the rear power switch.
Step 7
Press the Power button.
Step 8
Select your preferred preset.
Step 9
Wait approximately 15-60 minutes depending on:
Drink type
Sugar content
Volume
Starting temperature
Step 10
Pull the dispensing handle to enjoy your frozen drink.
Important Sugar Requirements
This machine requires beverages containing sugar to produce smooth frozen slush.
The sugar content must be greater than 4%.
Drinks with too little sugar may not freeze correctly and can trigger an E1 Low Sugar Alert.

For the Spiked Slush preset:

2.8%-16% ABV
For spirits (35%+):

If alcohol content is too high, dilute using:

Tips For Best Results
Chill ingredients before use.
Always keep the machine upright.
Do not add ice cubes.
Do not add frozen fruit.
Do not add solid food.
Do not blend hard ingredients.
Do not exceed MAX fill line.
Keep air vents unobstructed.
Use only liquid ingredients.
Cleaning
- Dispense remaining drink.
- Press Rinse.
- Add warm water.
- Run Rinse again.
- Remove vessel.
- Wash removable parts.
- Dry completely.
